What you will do
We have a vacancy for a Service Administration Co-ordinator– Evolt Charging. This is a field-remote/home-based role with occasional travel to office locations.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service operations to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance, repairs, and commissioning activities across our EV charging network. Acting as a central point of contact, you will support field engineers, manage service workflows, and ensure customer commitments and service level agreements are consistently met.
You will oversee the planning and allocation of work, monitor progress across internal and customer platforms, and maintain accurate service records. Working closely with operations, engineering, logistics, and customers, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating service schedules to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and repair activities
- Allocating work orders, technicians, and resources to maximise productivity and service quality
- Managing service documentation, systems, and trackers to maintain accurate records
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support efficient service delivery
- Monitoring contractual SLAs and ensuring performance targets are achieved
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Manage incoming service requests and action emails promptly
- Raise, update, and close service tasks across internal and customer systems
- Allocate work orders and planned maintenance to field service engineers
- Confirm parts dispatch and scheduling alignment
- Share completed service reports with customers
- Update trackers and systems, including PPM, commissions, and fault tickets
- Monitor SLA compliance and prioritise work accordingly
On a weekly basis, you will:
- Ensure assets and agreements are updated following completed commissions
- Chase and coordinate third-party actions for outstanding service tasks
- Conduct system housekeeping, reviewing and resolving ageing or overlooked tickets
- Complete customer-specific administrative tasks, including billing activities where required
