What you will do
We have a vacancy for a Commercial & Operations Analyst – which would be based from home but with occasional travel into our Hemel Hempstead office. The Commercial & Operations Analyst is responsible for several critical functions of the commercial team, including the weekly network performance reporting (involving spreadsheets and PowerBI dashboards), running operational reports on customer feedback and charger faults.
The role requires a proactive and independent candidate, able to create bespoke analyses and be capable of maintaining and developing existing large MS Excel models and spreadsheets.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in an Analyst role – able to create bespoke analysis including businesses cases, commercial models and forecasts
- Demonstrate Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with previous spreadsheet forecasting experience
- PowerBI experience essential
- Highly organised and able to create and manage time critical processes and tasks
- Builds collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the EV market desirable but not essential
