What you will do
We have a vacancy for a Project Support Administrator – based in our Dublin Office, will provide administrative and coordination support for the wider Project team.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and Engineers including documentation, scheduling, report updates/queries.
- Track and update project progress reports, timesheets, and material orders while being in communication with.
- Maintain accurate project files and records in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Promoting the adherence to company quality, safety and environmental issues.
- Liaise with Procurement, Stores, and Accounts to support project delivery and invoicing.
What we are looking for
- Previous administrative experience preferably in a complex project environment (Construction, Infrastructure).
- Extensive use of the Microsoft Office Application – especially Visio, Excel and Outlook.
- Work well under pressure and to a high standard of accuracy.
- Any experience using an SAP application would be desirable.
- Full & Clean Irish Driver’s licence.
