What you will do
We have a vacancy for a Test & Commissioning Engineer based in the Manchester area. You will be:
- Building, testing and commissioning all aspects of the Urban portfolio.
- Ensuring all routine and reactive work is carried out in line with contractual conditions.
- Assisting in maintaining Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental accreditations.
- Providing technical support to Engineers on maintenance contracts
- Providing technical input into the Technology team regarding potential improvements to SWARCO products, or feedback / market intelligence or competitors’ products
- Always represent the companies’ best interests.
What we are looking for
- An electrical / electronic qualification with good working electrical knowledge.
- Full and Valid UK Driver’s Licence
- Comfortable with the use of computers for operational and reporting purposes.
- Previous experience with Traffic Signals Installation, Traffic Controllers and equipment.
- Safety Awareness: Ability to work on your own, at height and as part of a team.
