Are you a strong Administrator? We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in SWARCO Smart Charging. After an initial period of training and induction, this is a hybrid role of 3 days in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Creation of new support and maintenance proposals, and administration of contracts
- Prepare contract renewal quotations monthly
- Update contracts databases and NEV files with contact, financial or service level changes
- Support with general contracts-based queries from all departments or customers
- Support with chasing up contracts and service quotations
- Contracts invoicing
- Check with Contracts manager levels of cover queries where issues appear
- Day to Day administration
What we are looking for
- Be organised and detail oriented
- Have Microsoft Office working skills (Word, Excel)
- Have a can-do attitude
- Work well with customers, peers, and management
- Have flexibility to perform different tasks based on the day-to-day business needs
- Undertake any work of an appropriate nature as directed by Management
