Description

We have an opportunity for a HERS Coordinator to join the L&D team under the Learning and Development Manager.

What you will do

Provide support to the NVQ Trainers and HERS Officers in ensuring compliance, maintenance, and improvement of the NHSS8 Scheme and NVQ Training at SWARCO UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination and support of HERS compliance including but not limited to assessments, training needs & skills gaps as identified by HERS Officer and Local Management.
  • Administration of the HERS portal and all records
  • Support internal operational standards audits to ensure conformance to NHSS8 standards across the Company’s operational locations.
  • Booking of training courses for SWARCO Colleagues within UK&I
  • Liaising with external training partners to support ongoing training and development needs within the business
  • Raising and goods receipting purchase orders
  • Mentor and support the Apprentice Administrator in their ongoing development and growth in the role and programme

What we are looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience in QHSSE Systems and Processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in NHSS8.
  • Demonstrable skill in the use of the MS office suite of applications to a high level.
    Good communication skills.
  • Efficient time management.
  • Effective prioritisation.
  • IT Literacy
  • Ability to work unsupervised when required.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Willing to travel with overnight stops when required.
