Description

We have a vacancy for a Technical Trainer to join the Learning and Development team.

Principle Responsibilities

The role of the Technical Trainer is to deliver a range of technical training (SWARCO/Dynniq/Supplier products) both internally to colleagues, externally to customers and other third parties as requested. You will also liaise and work with the Engineering Team to develop training materials for new and existing products prior to product release/updates where possible. Consult and support the SWARCO family of businesses within the UK & I Region with the identification of technical training needs and the planning and delivery of suitable training solutions.

There may be a requirement from time to time to work in other Service Centre districts which may involve overnight stays.

What we are looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • Level 3 Learning and Development qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrable industry knowledge and/or experience 
  • Installation, maintenance and/or testing and commissioning experience - (Advantageous)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regs Qualification – (Advantageous)
  • Full clean Driving licence
  • Ability for nationwide and occasional international travel
  • An organised and enthusiastic work ethic
