Description

We have a vacancy for a  Network Technician to join  our rapidly expanding teams in Dublin

What you will do

Install and maintain Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS) Equipment to a high standard. (ANPR, CCTV, VMS, etc) and supporting networking systems.

What we are looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • Department of Education Leaving Certificate
  • Cisco networking (CCNA) qualification or similar
  • Understanding of IP networks and their configuration
  • Experience working with fibre optic networks (OTDR/ILM testing & fusion splicing)
  • ECDL and/or proficiency in MS Office Applications in particular MS Excel essential
  • Proven experience of telecoms cable characteristics including Fibre Optical Cable variations,
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Full class B Driving Licence.
