We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercial Contracts Supervior to join our growing Project Team in Dublin, Ireland.
The purpose of this role is to provide the commercial function on the MTFO ITS DC (M50 Traffic Flow Optimisation, Intelligent Transport System, Deployment Contract) project.
You will also be responsible for delivering, targets for the project operations, including gross revenue and margin. Cultivate a strong and purposeful relationship with the client, their representative, roadside engineers and the project’s key suppliers.
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who has experience in the construction industry with experience in quantity surveying within a similar industry sector
In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:
- Qualified Engineer/Quantity Surveyor (QS)/ PM or qualified by experience, with membership of an appropriate industry body
- Construction industry experience
- Experience in claims and dispute resolution
- Experience in a general management capacity, managing supporting functions
- Experience in a general management capacity, managing supporting functions
- Must have a deep customer-centric commercial focus
- Resilience and tenacity
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent team player
