We are looking to recruit a Network Performance Coordinator (NPC) to join Dynniq’s Dublin team.
What you will do
The key focus is to translate data into meaningful information. The NPC will work with the team to develop standard reporting formats from data enabling quick identification of potential, actual or imminent failures. The commonality of trends across the technology systems and identify all areas where solutions may be applied to achieve a benefit.
You will use your excellent administration, interpersonal, communication and computer skills every day, within this rapidly moving environment.
Customer service is key to delivery as well as ensuring that QHSSE regulations and procedures are followed at all times.
The successful applicant will have a sound background in data analysis, and strong planning and organisational skills.
What we are looking for
In order to fulfill the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:
- Leavers Certificate qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent
- Advanced competency in using MS Office applications
- Experience of working in a similar environment involving data analysis
- Experience in interpreting and analysing data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Comfortable in a customer facing environment
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and positive approach
