Your challenge

We are looking to recruit Trainee Maintenance Engineers to join our Field Engineering Services team based in Scotland. Trainee Engineers will undertake reactive and pre planned preventative maintenance and installation tasks on a wide range of ITS (intelligent transportation system) roadside equipment.

The role will predominantly be in the field working on traffic signals, VMS, EV charging and other roadside technology. Our contract base is Scotland country wide, and we are looking for engineers in the Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Dundee areas.

Knowledge and experience of fault finding with ITS types of equipment would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given for the right applicants. The successful applicant should have a track record of fault finding, electrical knowledge or transferable skills.

Working hours are Mon to Friday 37.5 hrs with the availability to work overtime.  There is also a requirement to work standby usually a 1 in 4-week rota once sufficiently experienced.
